土豆煎饼


potato hash brown:
I did'nt see the flour in the process. could you explain!

不是說受到hash brown的啟發嗎。當然也有變通。
其實﹐我另外還做得有加麵粉的。過兩天貼吧。
加不加麵粉都能成立。
不加麵粉﹐只加芡粉的更“筋”更香。
加了麵粉軟潤一些。飽口﹐但是孩子覺得沒有那麼香。
